A new supermarket community in London. As a member of the supermarket, you pledge to work a few hours a month in the supermarket, and get a 10 percent discount on everything in store. As a member you alsoget a say about how the supermarket is run. All profits go into driving down the price of the high quality produce.

The presentation of the venture doesn’t make it feel traditionally ‘hippie’ which I hope will sell the idea to  a broader audience. Certainly makes me feel like its a community that would be open to people more like me.

Interesting system- challenging the behaviour of the consumer and community.

   Please amend the Statement. ” You have to be a member to shop there”" you do not. please note you can be jo public. The fruit and vegetables are very fresh and not as expencive as the coperate supermarkets.
