I watched a really great talk by Simon Sinek on Leadership last week. He had a lovely simple analogy on how an ultimate goal will lead to better innovation and creativity with your workforce. I have attached the talk to the bottom- it is well worth a watch. And I have drawn out the analogy…
The chair isn’t an issue if you understand where you need to be; and the best way is not always going to be straight line- apply this situation to your brand. If everyone has a clear sense of your ultimate destination they are far more likely to use their own skills and initiative to get there. Great little thought to remember…
