We all know that ‘the medium is the message’ but, if we are honest, we rarely practice this principle in our default media choices. Yet if we genuinely want to build lasting relationships with our consumers shouldn’t we select our media with the same imagination and effort that we put into carefully crafting our communication? This year let’s choose our media as if we were choosing a gift for someone special.
